Big Red Cedar gates are custom made from Western Red Cedar, providing natural beauty and ensuring resistance to the elements over time.
Sizes: Standard sizes are 4′, 5′ and 6′ high, by 36″ or 42″ wide. Usually we build custom widths to meet your requirements.
Styles: We offer two options in gate styles:
- match your fence panels
- “arched”. The arched option is suggested as they’re lighter weight and less subject to sagging than full-framed gates.

Grade 2
Best Value in Town
Quality lumber that is used when appearance is important, but cost is also a factor. Features 2×4 cedar frame construction, screwed together for added strength, pressure treated kick board.
Grade 3
Fully Functional
Used when functionality and cost are most important. Features 2×4 cedar frame construction, nailed together, cedar kick board.
Fence Panel Sizes (Grade 1 & Grade 2 Panels)
Standard sizes are 3’9″, 4’9″, 5’9″ high, by 8′ wide. Custom-sized panels can also be built to order.
